We collect the information you give us directly — your email, authentication details, and anything you save in the product like watchlists and preferences. We also collect operational data like simulation usage, billing identifiers, and basic server logs needed to keep things running.
That data goes toward authenticating your account, running the dashboard, enforcing plan limits, processing your subscription, and understanding how the product performs. We don't use it to make financial decisions for you — the modeling tools do that on your terms.
We rely on third-party infrastructure to run IndicatorIQ — things like hosting, auth, billing, market data feeds, and the language models behind sentiment analysis. Those providers only touch data to the extent needed to support the service.
We hold onto account and product data for as long as it's reasonably needed to operate the service, honor subscriptions, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention windows may shift as the product matures.
You can stop using the service, clear saved inputs like watchlist items, and cancel your subscription from the account area. If you need your account deleted or want to make a privacy request, reach out at support@indicatoriq.app.
This policy will evolve as IndicatorIQ adds features or switches providers. When something changes meaningfully, we'll update the published version so you can see what's different.
